Youth Ministry / CCW, 1st Annual St. William Golf Scramble, A Big Success!!
A total of 18 teams played in our first annual Golf Scramble on Saturday, Oct. 24th with our own Music Minister, Kate Hamer singing the National Anthem to start us off. It was very moving as not only our group but everyone in the surrounding golf course area stopped golfing and put their hand over their heart.
The first place team will get their names on the “Monsignor Cup” and the last place team will have their names on the “Mulligan Cup”. And the winner is… 1st place: Randall Rehberg, Tom Ferguson, Don Kurth, and Steve Stahl (Rich Sea-Pak Team).
Winners of the Mulligan Cup were: Glenn Brogan, Sam Brogan, Bob Dinndorf, and John Dinndorf (youth families).
Closest to Hole: (#2 and #12th hole) John Romano;
Longest Drive Men: Chris Sharer (8th grader!);
Longest Drive Women: Terri Mikowski;
Longest Putt: Kate Hamer.
