Diocesan Youth Conference (DYC):
Our high school youth ministry teens attended the Diocese of Savannah Youth Conference, January 19-21 at the Epworth Retreat Center, St Simons Island.
Eight of our teens attended the weekend event, and they enjoyed both the wit and humor of seriousness talks given by nationally recognized youth minister, Bob Perron. They were also treated to the music of Catholic Recording Artist, Chris Muglia.
Breakout rooms had talks and presentations provided by priests and lay ministers of the diocese. Overall, it was a high-energy experience of fun and challenge for our Catholic Youth Ministry (CYM) teens, and all expressed they want to do it again!
