Monsignor John A. Kenneally was honored at a reception in a room packed with his Parishioners in the Parish Hall after the 10:30 am Mass, 8-10-2008.

The Hospitality Committee, chaired by Sue Kilchenstein, prepared the room with festive decorations and food prepared by Tom Delaney.

Beautiful flower arrangements were supplied by Mary Pat and her StWill Bloomers.

There was even a bulletin board filled with pictures from Msgr. John's 39 years of ministry.

Msgr. John was presented an envelope from the Parish as well as a basket filled with cards and well wishes from individual Parishioners.

In his acknowledgement, Msgr. Kenneally explained the two, distinctly different vestments he is authorized to wear.  But, in the end he noted, "Just call me Father John".

It was a wonderful celebration by a wonderful Parish for a wonderful Pastor.
