The St. William CCW Mardi Gras Dinner and Dance was held on Saturday, February 2, 2008. Delicious New Orleans style food was prepared by Chef Tom Delaney and King Cakes were donated by Jeff Lutz of Lafayette, LA (Barbara Pelletier's son). The entertainment and dance music was presented by DJ Savannah Steve.

During the evening a drawing was held for two wonderful gift baskets. The proceeds from this event are donated to International Relief programs and efforts sponsored by Catholic Relief Services. The evening was well attended and enjoyed by all. The Council of Catholic Women thanks everyone who made Mardi Gras a great success and appreciates the support of our parish family for this event and all of our efforts.
