JCYM/CYM HALLOWEEN PARTY
Our middle schoolers and high schoolers celebrated Halloween with a bang on Sunday, October 28. Most of the young people came to the evening festivities creatively masquerading as various spooky and other characters. They played a few “lame” games, viewed the DVD Abbot & Costello meet the Werewolf, Frankenstein, & Dracula, and tried to guess how many candies were in a jar. We even tried the Limbo.
Though all the costumes were great and some very clever, the prize for best costume went to, “Ninja,” Alexandra Newton (CYM, Grade 11). Runner-up prize prize winner was Jacob Pewitt (JCYM, Grade 6), “The Grim Reaper.”
A special and heartfelt thank you goes to planners, organizers, cooks, chaperons and cleanup crew. These folks put in time and talent doing what was needed to ensure the night’s success. Kudos to:
